Return period

You have 30 days after receipt to return an unopened item in perfect resale condition.

Procedure

• Write to us at retours@maisondelavent.fr to receive a prepaid return label;
• Send the parcel back to: Maison de l’Avent — Service Retours, 12 rue des Merveilles, 75011 Paris;
• Return costs: on us.

Refund

The refund is issued within 5 working days of receiving and checking the return, to the payment method used for the order.

Satisfaction guaranteed

If the calendar is not for you, write to us within 30 days: we refund you in full, no questions asked.
