Terms of Sale

These terms govern sales concluded on the site between Maison de l’Avent SAS and any customer. Any order implies their unreserved acceptance.

1. Products and prices

Products are described as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in pounds sterling, all taxes included, excluding any delivery costs, and may be changed at any time.

2. Order

The order is confirmed once payment is validated. A summary e-mail is sent to the customer at the address provided.

3. Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Cartes Bancaires or Shop Pay through a secure provider. Payment data never passes through our servers in clear form.

4. Delivery

Methods, times and costs are detailed on the Delivery page. Free delivery on orders over £20, dispatch within 24 working hours.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, under the conditions set out on the Returns & refunds page.

6. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

7. Personal data

8. Disputes and mediation

In the event of a dispute, the customer may use, free of charge, the FEVAD consumer mediator — BP 20015, 75362 Paris Cedex 08 (mediateurduecommerce.fr). These terms are governed by French law.
